Data Deletion

You can request deletion of any data Agent Tomas holds about you. This page explains how.
How to request deletion
Send an email to itisagenttomas@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request, and include:
- Your Instagram username
- The business account you interacted with, if you know it
We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
If you are a client
To disconnect your Instagram account from our service and have your data deleted:
- Revoke our access from your Instagram settings, under Apps and Websites. This immediately stops all access.
- Email us at itisagenttomas@gmail.com to request deletion of stored records.
When a client account is disconnected, we delete the associated access token immediately and all stored comment and message records within 30 days.
If you commented or sent a message
If you interacted with a business that uses our service and want your data removed, email us with your Instagram username. We will locate and delete the records associated with your Instagram-scoped ID.
Note that deleting our records does not remove your original comment or message from Instagram itself — that content belongs to Instagram and to the business you contacted. To remove it there, delete it from within Instagram.
What gets deleted
- Stored comment and message content associated with you
- Your Instagram username and Instagram-scoped user ID from our records
- Any record of actions our agent took in response to you
