TOMAS is a personal AI assistant. It connects to the sources each user chooses - their calendar, messages and more - and uses them to give timely summaries, reminders and recommendations. Every connection is explicit, and any of them can be disconnected at any time from the client area.

TOMAS and your Google Calendar

When a user connects their Google Calendar, TOMAS reads event titles, start and end times, and the calendar name - it does not read guest lists, attachments or note contents. It uses this to present summaries of the day, detect conflicts and free slots, and send reminders. On the user's request in conversation, TOMAS also creates, updates and deletes events.

This is why the app requests two permissions: one to view and edit events, and one to read the list of calendars, so it knows which calendar to work with. Google user data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used to train AI models. See our privacy policy for the full details.

What we do

Agent Tomas is an AI agent service operated by Tomer Cohen Consulting (תומר כהן ייעוץ), based in Israel. We work with businesses that have Instagram professional accounts and want their audience engagement handled consistently and promptly.

Comment management

Our agent reads comments on our clients' Instagram posts and responds according to rules the client defines — replying publicly, liking, or sending a direct message.

Direct message handling

Incoming direct messages are read and answered based on the client's configured guidelines and communication style.

Client control

Every action follows rules the client sets. Clients can disable any function at any time, and revoke our access to their account entirely.

How access works

We connect to client accounts exclusively through Meta's official Instagram API. Clients authorize us through Instagram's standard login flow — we never ask for or store account passwords. Access is limited to the permissions the client explicitly grants, and can be revoked by the client at any time from their Instagram settings.

Calendar access

The data is used to present summaries, detect conflicts and send reminders. On request in conversation, TOMAS also creates, updates and deletes events. This is why the assistant asks for both calendar event access and permission to read the calendar list.
